Okay, not quite. But I have lost 4cm off my waist in the last 4 weeks. Which brings us to a total of 12cm in the 18 weeks since I started this wholesale retooling of the apparatus. Forget the troosers, even my socks are falling off :-)
I lost another 0.7kg this week, same as the previous. I had trouble meeting my calorie goals again ... only hit the range 2 days of 7, and both of those I was right at the bottom end anyway. Aarggh. I made some pumpkin and chocolate biscuits (that's cookies for you North American provincials) on Saturday hoping that if I stuff a few of these in every day I might get up there, lol. So far that isn't working either :-( The basic issue is that I'm not hungry enough to eat much more. I could force myself but the thought of the bloaty feeling is a real turn off. I could probably (*sound of heavy sighing*) eat more calories in the mornings so maybe that's where to turn. Work in progress.
It's very hot here at the moment. I'm not sure what temperature it was on my run last night but it was stifling. Just as you wintering people feel you like you probably eat more at this time, so I feel little urge to eat in this kind of heat. I'm pretty well topped up with fluids most of the time so perhaps that contributes to lack of appetite.
