TURNING WHAT COULD BE DEFEAT IN TO A TREAT

I have a weakness for trader joes honey seseame sticks. They are 160 calories per ounce. Yesterday I have way too many. Not good. Today I really wanted some. So I made a large romain salad, dressed it appropiately, and added one ounce, a seving size, to the lettuce. It was delicious! I got my greens in, I got my craving satisfied and Im a filled up and don't feel I neeeeed more - so I avoid the little sabatage voice in my head who says "but your hungry you can eat more of those yummy traders sticks, your body needs the calories". Ha!! Haaa!!
