My final tally is 8 lbs lost and 5 inches lost.
The last two days I have been really tired. I'm not sure if it has to do with reintroducing sugar or just my body recovering after the 120 workouts! After I ran 3 miles on the treadmill yesterday, I listened to Dax Moy tell us that we shouldn't over do it and start running or training for a week. So today, Sunday, is a day of rest for me.
I'm trying to plan my next steps and goals but not too seriously yet. I think I would like to go back to my old plan of 30 - 60 minute workouts each day and stay within my recommended calorie range with more effort at meeting my protein goals. I'm not sure what my weight goal will be. Although I am smaller than I have been in years (since 1999) I still see plenty of fat hiding on my body. However, I am 47 years old so I don't intend to look and act like a 20 year old either. I think I need to ask God for wisdom as I plan my next step.
