I signed the pledge.
I am going to make sure I meet my 5 a day fruit/veggie goal by buying more of a variety. I having been doing the 8+ glasses of water no problem as well as eating breakfast everyday.
I have also worked a way to get 20 mins. of cardio into my days every day, plus I will be doing 20 mins. 2 xs a week with Wii Active to start my strength training.
Have been tracking nutrition daily and have been getting 7-8 hours of sleep nightly as well.
