This is my update for week 3 & 4, I've been working out for 4 weeks now and I'm down 4lbs yeah). I still have 3 more weeks to lose lose 6lbs and meet my goal. This upcoming week I'm going to focus on doing strength training about 2x and watch my caloric intake because I'm still having problems staying within my caloric range, I went over 3x last week so that is something that I have to work on and stay focus. The thing I like about this mini goal is that even though the weight loss is slow it's actually staying off. Until next time.
