I read a blog today...

Sunday, February 07, 2010

Ok, I read several blogs daily - but today's blog by WALKINGANNIE needs to be read by many so I am asking you to go read her blog - if you like it, please consider checking the "I like this blog" button.

I am not going to say it's the best blog ever, but I am saying that I believe it needs to be read because of the issues. Maintenance being the key issue.

Thanks for considering reading WALKINGANNIE's blog today!

Hugs y'all,

Thanks for sharing it Linda. I read it and completely agree. Also clicked "I liked it," because I agree with it completely.

I think the weight bar at the bottom should be totally different for maintainers and that SP should do more to celebrate length of time a maintenance.

I clicked "like" on your blog, too. After all, to keep on with Walking Annie's sports metaphor, in BASKETBALL they may TRY to give adequate credit for the assists, but they don't achieve it. In other sports, they don't even seem to try.

Great assist!

In fact, lots of great assistance!

Thanks for the suggestion. I read the blog and enjoyed it. Those fantasy headlines ("Celeb has had healthy BMI for years! ") are funny and right on!

Gosh Linda. This explains the little flurry of comments on my blog. I was a bit taken aback by the interest when I logged back in!

To be fair, I was only saying what you and many others have been encouraging me to think about and get straight in my head. This time I think I really do get it. Weight loss is a temporary project but maintenance is a lifelong routine.

Thanks to you and REDGRAMA for captaining the At Goal and Maintaining lifeboat!
