I just made this soup OMG its wonderful! If you like spicy southwestern stuff, ya gotta try this! heres the link to the recipe, and I worked up the nutrition facts! only thing i didnt add up was the sodium, I forgot but I can get it next time I make it, Im sure this will be a staple in my house
it says on the site it serves 4. that works out to just shy of 2 cup servings.

I added some ham and some kale into the soup, which I didnt include in the above nutrition facts, but you could add anything to it to make it a meal. I was thinking brown rice and some avacado on top
