This is getting old. It seems like there is always something popping up that keeps me from exercising. I had shin splints so bad in late January that I had to stop working out for them to heal - not sure how I did that. Then I took a fall and injured my tailbone. So even doing the elipitical bothers me. It is so limiting and painful that I just haven't gone to the gym.
I need a good kick in the pants (ouch) - anybody up to giving me a lectured? I have to get out of this funk. Thankfully, I have been able to control my weight at home. But that can't last. People tell me that this tailbone thing could go on for months - such encouragement.
