I have been working out and eating much more healthier for just over a month!! i have noticed that i am getting more full with smaller meals, i do still crave my cereal late at night and dont know how to kick that habit. i give in a couple times a week but not everyday. i have not had ANY pop, not even a sniff or a sip for over a month!!! i have cut back on my caffeine intake but more than half!! i was drinking about 20 oz a day and two pops or so and chai tea a few times a week. now i am down to 16 oz of coffee!! it is high in sugar, and i do plan on changing that!!! since starting my new journey i have lost 1 inch under my belly button, 1 inch above my belly button, 1 inch off my thighs, and .5 inches off my calves.
i never got the chance to weigh myself before i started this new adventure, but did weigh myself at the dr office about a week later. i go back next week to the dr and will get to weigh myself again!! i hope that there is some weight loss from all of this hard work that i have done.
Its so hard to find time to go to work, get the kids from the sitter, get home to make dinner, get the kids fed and in the bath and then to bed. Then the laundry and dishes need to be done not to mention getting clothes ready for the next day. by then its about 10 pm!! i dont like working out that late!! so i have found that i should workout while the kids are in the bath and getting ready for bed that gives me about 30-60 minutes a day. i am getting the schedule down finally. thats the weekdays. lol. i am really glad to have started this again. i am so proud of myself. My BFF is doing it with me also but she lives about 3 hours away. We communicate through texts. we encourage each other and tell about our days!! i would love to have a face to face workout buddy and would love to find a gym that provides day care while i workout.
i love where life has taken me! i start my masters in education in a couple weeks and am excited!! wait wasnt i just trying to figure out a schedule and now i have to add school into that mix?!? lol. oh well thats life!!! thank you to everyone that has encouraged me and helped me get back into this amazing thing called "feeling healthy"!!!!
