I did my weight training 3 times this week & that's awesome!!! You see the last 2 weeks I only did it twice. So I'm moving in the right direction.
Still need to work on being more consistent with my cardio...I did get in 3 times this week for a total of 7 miles. I hope I will do some cardio tomorrow but Saturdays are my Achilles heel, for now. That's why I changed my weight training to Sun, Tues & Thur (even though I did my wt on Friday - I will still have a day of rest before getting back to it on Sunday). Also, need to get better with my sodium...try to use less processed food...time to break out the slow cooker.
