ME TOO ! ! ! ! Weekends are my undoing (even though I don't work during the week). Come Fridays, for some reason my stomach, mouth AND appetite seem to double in size. Grrrrrrr

At least you've come up with something very positive Janet; a good plan. I think the rest of us should follow your good example and come up with our own "game plan" to fight the Weekend War On Eating Everything In Sight That Doesn't Eat Us First!

    HUGS,
Margrit + Lucky .... he doesn't like this plan because on weekends he gets extra "lucky" with treats...Ha Ha Ha Ha .... and if Mom cuts down, then he'll be forced to cut down too!

I too have trouble sometimes on weekends. I guess because DH is home and we watch movies together and stuff and I want to pick on snacks.
