well I don't do good on weekends .like on fridays I want to eat sweets all day long and I know I can't lose weight like that .so I going to half to come up with a plan so here's my plan.
1.going to start eating a good breakfast.
2.then I'm going to eat a healthy lunch.
3then I going to have a healthy dinner .
4.and have about one are two snacks in between.
