1st week of tracking

Hi! I had a very interesting week tracking my foods this week. I am amazed about what I have learned. First, I was not eating enough calories. Second, that my diet was way too high in fat and low in protein. Sure has opened my eyes to a healthier way to eat. I didnt hit all my limits this week, but I sure did learn a lot. Wish me luck! Weigh in day is Sunday!!!!
