YOU CAN'T LOSE WEIGHT AND KEEP IT OFF WITHOUT CHANGING YOURSELF!
Last night I took that whole little blue pill and I felt better today. Even my client that I saw today said I look better. I could feel my face was more relaxed so I guess my effort to reduce my meds was just an effort but something I learned from.
I must get back on the Spark Wagon. I want to set out some new goals and redefine the ones I didn't achieve yet. The weather is warming up I hope but it keeps raining. At least we don't have snow up to our ears. Tomorrow is supposed to be nice so I will be walking with my friend Pat for about 3 miles. I also need to go back to my promise of walking the dog every day. She's been missing out. And those 10 min exercises.
I did achieve some big goals. I am cooking dinner most nights and eating out less. I am eating more fruits and vegetables. I have cut down on desserts and sweets, way down. We used to have some kind of dessert every night but not any more. I'm trying to reserve that for special occassions. I am tracking my food most days and eating more fiber. So If I can get the food and exercise together, maybe I'll lose a little.
This week is Mardi Gras weekend here in our llittle part of Florida. Red Beans and Rice, King Cake, Shrimp Etouffee, Bread Pudding, etc. Really healthy stuff. So I might as well enjoy myself. Oh, and Super Bowl Sunday. Did you know that New Orleans postponed a mardi gras parade for Sunday because of the Super Bowl? Nothing ever delayed a Mardi Gras Parade. Geaux Saints! I'll be back tomorrow.
