My best advice is to log your food and exercise daily. All the rest here is fun, but logging your food makes you more aware of the numbers; you need that information to really lose and sustain your weight loss. Remember, this is a marathon and not a sprint, so if you fall of the proverbial wagon a day or two, don't fret. Just get back on. Best wishes! 2669 days ago
