I read somewhere you should start your morning off with 2 eggs.
My favorite breakfast now is:
2 egg omelet (with dash 1% milk, sauted onions & mushrooms) and 1 piece of 2% American cheese
1 slice of 7 grain toast
It keeps me full till in the afternoon. I'll plan on eating a yogurt..maybe soup--something lite.
And for my late dinner, I'll have a Blue Cheese Chicken wrap!
The 1st time I'll be trying one! that kind anyway.
I'll spice up my chicken breast and cook it on my indoor grill;
slice in long strips
Have my whole grain warm tortilla filled with lettuce
Marie's Low Fat Blue Cheese salad dressing
Maybe a slice of 2% cheese
and 1 cup of fresh blueberries
If I was hungry right now, I'd probably be cooking the chicken!
