It's about 8pm and I've almost made it through my first complete SP day. I say "almost" because I usually do my most snacking damage between 8pm and 11:30pm! I remember when I was on WW, a leader once said that when she has eaten all of her points for the day, she goes to bed. I still have a serving of fruit left for the day, so it looks like I'll be able to stay up a little later!
I found breakfast and lunch to be surprisingly filling. Dinner, on the other hand, was a little different. I felt slightly unsatisfied after my SP dinner. I made my own SP dinner, and then prepared something else for my kids. I'm used to preparing a family meal, and it tends to be our biggest meal of the day. I know I'll have to work a little harder to prepare a healthy dinner that my entire family can enjoy.
Today's lifesaving beverage has been Good Earth Spicy & Sweet Tea. It's very flavorful, without adding sweeteners, and it's taking the place of the calorie-laden beverages that I would normally drink.
Tomorrow's challenge ... breakfast at IHOP! Gah!
