So I started the Chalean Extreme 90 day progam 18 days ago and all I have to say is "WOW"
I cannot believe the results I've seen in under 30 days!
! I've lost just about 7 pounds, an inch off my waist, thighs and hips and have gotten a new lease on weight lifting!
. I want to workout everyday because it's so motivational and empowering lifting such heavy weights, not to mention how wonderfully motivating Chalean and the crew are. She's really amazing, she's great at what she does and best of all THE WORKOUTS PRODUCE RESULTS!!!
I expected not to lose much weight on this program. I mean muscle weighs 3x's more than fat, and I've never lifted weights this heavy before or this often, so I said to myself "okay, I'm likely to gain on this program so let me not forget to incorporate my own cardio since every review I've read says that although there is cardio it's not enough for intermediate exercises or those looking to lose a significant amount of weight" (more than 30lbs), so I've been doing the turbo jam system with the Extreme and can I just say "WOW" again!
. I mean I am 283lbs right now with a bum knee and I can't BELIEVE how motivated I am to workout now with Chalean. The woman has a gift!! TRY IT IF YOU CAN, I BET YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED!!
