I did so-so this weekend with food. But I was extremely motivated yesterday and I prepared healthy snacks and dinners for the week. I feel good doing the prep on Sunday - that way if I'm tired when I get home from work dinner is really 1/2 way done for me - YAY! It makes it a lot easier not to say "let's just go out".
My friend is here from Arizona this week. We had a few drinks on Friday night and I went over my calories. I went over my calories on Friday, Saturday and Sunday!! I'm ok with it, though, because I know that I'll be back on track today.
I'm down 6 more pounds. I started at 298 at the end of August. I started trying to eat better on 9/11. I joined SparkPeople on 10/3. My weight is now 281 pounds. 17 pounds! I am so proud of that and I'm starting the week very happy.
Now if I could only get my exercise program going.........
