BOWLS Challenge


In honor of the upcoming NFL Super Bowl, the BLC Sister Teams are proud to bring you the BOWLS Challenge. This challenge will begin this Friday, February 5 at 12:01 AM and run until Monday, February 8 at 11:59 PM

B: Bed, 7 hours of sleep each night. 5 points per night.

O: Oxygenate the blood, as in cardio. 5 points per 30 minutes, not to exceed 20 points a day.

W: Watch the calories. Stay in your range. 5 points per day.

L: Limit sodium. Keep it under 2300 mg a day. 5 points per day.

S: Strength training. 5 points for every 25 moves, not to exceed 20 points a day.

NOTE:
For the S points, if a move is done using only one side of the body (like a bicep curl), both sides must be done 25 times to get the 5 points. However, if it is a move that uses both side at the same time (like a squat) you don't have to do 2 sets of 25.

The winner of the challenge will be the sister team duo with the highest average score per participating members.
