Completed Phase one of P90X Lean-----

Today was weigh in day at the end of phase 1 of P90X Lean.
weight ( down 8 pounds)
waist ( down 1.5 inches)
body fat (down 3%)
All in all I feel awesome physically and can't wait to start phase 2 tommorow. I've made some changes:
- I have been using resistance bands so today I received my Bowflex Tech dumbbells. I miss that burning feeling which I wasnt getting. I will not be using those to gain muscle and lose weight.
- I've decided to switch to Classic on phase 2 and Doubles on Phase 3
- I've changed up my eating. I am now having two smoothies/shakes a day adding whey protein to them.
- At dinner, I'm scaling back on the carbs and focusing on lean meats or the protein.
- maintain approx 2000 calories a day 6 days a week with my free meal on the weekend.
I think with these changes I should see good results
