Here is my first blog entry. I am a bit under the weather so this will be short.

I signed up on the SparkPeople website back in October but really didn't do anything with it for a few months. The past couple of month I started exploring and using the tools, reading more and more of the articles, I'm reading the book, too.

I've just in the past couple of weeks started exploring the SparkPeople community, joined some SparkTeams, added SparkFriends.

I have to say, this website is amazing! Thank you Chris Downie and staff!!! Thank you to everyone who contributes through your SparkPages, blogs, message boards, SparkTeams.

I will continue to use this great resource to help me achieve my goals and look forward to celebrating in everyone else's successes!
