Started out with doing a 1 1/2 mile SUPER FAT BLASTING walk with Leslie Sansone.
Feeling good now.
And now I need to plan my snacking for SUPERBOWL SUNDAY!!!!!!!
I know I'll be making HOT CHICKEN STRIPS for sure!!!
Chicken breasts cut in pieces and breaded and baked.
Think I'll make some pizza's with whole grain tortilla's, turkey pepperoni, low fat mozzerrella, mushrooms, onions & green bell peppers.
cheese crisp! tortilla with my Cabot 75% fat free Cheddar cheese (walmart-i always have this! I make taco's usually everyday for lunch!!) Then I'll need to make some fresh pico de gallo (salsa!) Good to eat with celery, carrot and bell pepper strips also!
some veggie strips with TOSTITO'S CREAMY SPINACH DIP-i love it! 50 calories/2T
then I'll need some "dessert" stuff...........
fruit with fruit dip. i'll have to search for a recipe/ yogurt, cream cheese, dry jello??? Just thinking outloud!
And of course, I'll need to count up all my calories to see how much stuff I can eat!!!!
WHO DAT!!!! I don't care who wins--I just watch for the commercials AND hope its a close game that goes into overtime!!! HA!
I've learned that I don't need to eat LOTS of any 1 type of food.
I make alot less now of EVERYTHING--that way, I eat less AND I'm full!
I don't want to overeat. I feel much better now!
There are only 2 people that I cook for. I now usually cook 3 servings (dinner). If we eat it all, that's fine but usually there's some left over for the next day!
