It's amazing how little changes can make a difference...
-no weights/no bands/no balls
-with ankle weights
-with ball (legs stability ball held between legs)
-with ball (small like a bender ball and placed under lower back)
all work the abs, but each require different balance and engages different muscles...
so if you think a reverse crunch is just a reverse crunch, think again...mix it up...
small changes can make a big difference everywhere in the building of a new lifestyle.
