Today's scales showed that 1 more pound gone and I am now 232! Started to drink more water and 2 cups of green teas per day! Started to keep track of the food on My Iphone that is syncing with this web site. To crown this all, I go to Gym each morning and burn 400-500 calories on Elyptical and Weight Training. The eating program does not exceed 1600kk per day making difference of minus 1000kk per day or more!
Now I am excited again. Want to see 200 pounds by June 1, 2010. Challenging but doable. Who wants joining me on a 2pounds per week tour!
