End Of The Day Recap

This morning I started my day off right and got 20 minutes of exercise. I actually was only going to do 10 minutes. Then I considered 15. I went for broke with the 20. I didn't get the opportunity to exercise at work today. I decided I would do Leslie Sansone when I got home. Well I'm proud to say I did 50 minutes w/Leslie so I got in 70 minutes of exercise today. I'm happy about this.

I got in 4 f/v and I think 80oz+ of water today.

Progress, NOT perfection. Success is NOT a race.

    I am proud of you for staying on track. I think it is emoticon that you can come home exercise after working all day. I can't do that because I am too tired after work to do so. If I do not do it 1st thing in the morning I probably will not do it.

I am so very proud of you for bumping up your fruit and veggie intake each day as well. emoticon emoticon

    emoticon that's great you were able to get so much exercise in! Each time just tell yourself ..just 5 min more.. just 5 min more and you will feel that much MORE accomplished when you finish!
