    Hey! You mentioned me! :D
And you can call me Amber!
It's good to know that I'm not the only one who doesn't always accept the first number the scale spits out at me. hehehe

Chiropractors - I've been to a couple different ones in my life. I enjoy just the feeling of being adjusted. It's refreshing to me and makes me feel better in some unidentifiable way. lol. I was wondering if this offer is a one time thing or a monthly/weekly etc type thing. The thing with the chiropractor is that if you have any issues that need addressed by one you have to continue to see them. But for you, seeing as you don't have any problems, I would try it out and see if it's something you find refreshing also. Kind of like yoga, it's just something you do to treat your body even if it doesn't hold major obvious health benefits. Hope that helps!

I watched your video blog and it was nicely done. It seems as if you are really doing well with your Jillian workout. I have done NMTZ and 30DS and I do know that there was/is always a point when I needed to listen to my body and take rest days. Keep up the great work.

Since you asked, I just wanted to mention that I have gone to a chiropractor for over 20 years and sometime it is for maintenance and I highly recommend chiropractic care. It is true that your health is in your spine. I am including a link to the web site where you can find a lot of good information that you can browse through. Best of luck to you on this journey.

Thank hon, I am having a great February and will continue to do so. lol My spirits are high and I believe this challenge is what finally did it. YAY...

Congrats on your loss..You are bound to go slow, being so close to your goal weight. And you are doing AWESOME! Keep it up girl.

I LOVE your smile :-) And listening to how well you have done everyday. Keep them coming!

As for the chiropractor, I have never been. BUT my sister goes and she LOVES going. She can tell right off the bat, when the "fix" her. So good luck if you choose to go.

Hope your Wednesday is awesome!!!

Hugs

I remember that blog. Yeah, if 10-15 minutes into it there's no energy, I'll plan on a good workout the next day!

Congrats on the 1/2 pound. I usually record whichever number the scale coughs up twice first. My scale goes in .2 pound increments.

Oh, OK. Yeah, I was on the day-by-day postings for the February challenge. Sorry for the comment. I saw your mom's postings and posted there as well.

I go to a chiropracter once a month (years of bad posture and not working out caught up to me). I would suggest doing it. He will probably examine your spine to see if you actually need it or not. I would do it to see if any of the things you mention go away. The first adjustment/alignment for me was really kinda freaky. Just snaps things back in place.

Send me a mail with any questions.
