I incorporated more Aerobics into my regime today. I did 15 minutes of the cardio blast DVD and 40 min of the Wii Gold's Gym Cardio Boxing. I plan to do a variety of stuff two times per week. Since the Wii Active has a cardio work-out included in the work-out I don't think I need to do more for now. That should bring me to doing cardio 6 times per week. I'll up the intensity later when I start feeling it's getting too easy.
