Day 2

Tuesday, February 02, 2010

Doing OK and hanging in here.

I didnt wind up walking today - laundry day. Doing two or three flights of stairs is enough!
If I could do my regular cardio, I would say NOT.

I tracked all of my food and am within my calorie range... woohoo!
I am almost to my gallon of water a day.
I had 6 servings of fruits & veggies. Will try to meet this goal by eating an apple later.

Today I am feeling good. I baked all morning. Homemade Zuccinni bread and cinnamon bread. The house has smelled good all day.

I even met my 50 point goal on spark. woohoo! But spent way too much time sparking today! Almost 3 hours posting, reading, tracking, ect.

Thanks for stopping by my page. I will try to touch base with friends tomorrow.
God Bless you!

You are on track, doing good. It was a productive day. I like veggies but sometimes by nighttime, I realize I didn't make my goal of 5 fruits and veggies. That's where the planning comes in, duh.
It is easy to spend too much time on here, isn't it? Love this site.
