I set a goal to make my 5% weight loss by end of January. So at my January 23rd WW meeting I weighed in and had reached a total of 7 lbs lost.
I'd like to reach my 10% by end of March 2010; then my final goal by end of June 2010;
I found that if I write it down, I try harder to stick to it; the logging into Sparks daily and tracking my nutrition and fitness really help too.
