Waiting for the Inevitable is Tough

Tuesday, February 02, 2010

I would like to add that, as far as my healthy lifestyle goes, I've really had a mixture of good days and bad days. I've been trying very hard not to let my emotions get the better of me, but I don't always succeed. But, I will keep trying and will never give up.

Awe...That is sO sad. My prayers go out to you that God would make this burden easier on you! Try to think of all the wonderful times that they have given you, and not to dwell on them passing! I believe that we get to reunite with our pets in Heaven! emoticon

I'm so sorry that all this is happening to you all at once. Losing anything that is a major part in your life is devastating. This is the main reason why Karl doesn't want any animals, he's been through what you are going through. It will be a tough journey but, I know you can make it through it. You are a strong woman. Also, it is a great joy that you can say you gave Nestle an extra 6 wonderful years because you saved him when you did.

Just know that your kitties had a great life living at your house and loved and cared for. You do what you can do and nature takes it's course.

Nicole, my heart is breaking for you and your family. I can't help but sit here and cry after hearing and seeing your blog. I know how it is to lose one beloved pet, but never had to deal with having to lose two in a short period.
If you need to talk..call me!!! emoticon emoticon

I am so sorry you are losing both pets so close together.I could feel the sadness in your blog. At my age I have decided no more pets as I don't want to deal with losing them.We had our cat Simon for about 17 years and I said that was it.No more for me.
Your pets are very blessed to have a loving home and you can tell they are very content cats.
Your emotions are raw now and it make it hard to think about being healthy.Hang in there. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

So sorry to see that your lovely pets are so ill! I understand how attached you are to them... I would never be without pets in the house, a house is not a home without a pet of some kind to make it complete. Sending huge hugs not just at this difficult time but always! Take care and be kind to yourself too! emoticon Carol. x
