2010 update.

well january is now over and i lost 9lbs i was hoping for 10lbs but will take the 9lbs.apart from being in a lot of pain,i havr the dr tonight.i am still very motivated and with my best spark buddy genia we are both going to try to loose 10lb for the month of febuary.we both are determined to get to our goal weight of 160lbs this year.do you know what i also think that we will both do it as well.my plan for febuary is to try and control my emotional eating better,have planned some healthy snacks to take to the hospital while i am waiting for my husband to come out of his operation on the 16th of this month and also have to plan the menu for the time when he will be in hospital and i have the kids,housework,shopping,hospit
al visitīs etc.some things that i can make in advance the night before.also in febuary i plan to walk at least 1 hour a day and try to do an other form of exercise in the night either the ergo meter of one of my numerous exercise videoīs.i also plan to organise the flat better so that it looks less cluttered.which is one of the big problems when you have such a small place with so many things in them.brought a chest of drawers yesturday for the kids to keep their toys in .been doing their bedroom all morning so now they have no excuse not to keep it tidy themselves.there is a drawer for the lego,one for the cars,one for the dinoseurs and zoo animals,one for the transformers,power rangers,gromite etc together ,one for the building blocks and one for the tapes.also brought them a new tape machine for them as a surprise.they will see it when they come home.tonight i plan to go through all the clothes cupboards and sort out.after that has been done some time this month the long overdue painting of the livingroom amd dining area will be on and the putting up of the new energy lights we have brought.so all in all this year will be the year of not only getting my weight and health in order but of also getting my flat in order and painted and decorated right through.also have to start looking for materialto make new curtains etc,and when we can afford it some new dining room chairs and a new computer table.will also say to the boys if they can prove to me they can keep their room tidy for say a couple of months(should be easy now we have somewhere to put all their extra toyīs)i will buy them a desk for their room with a computer.hope that will give them the incentive to keep it tidy as i am sick of always being the one to tidy up around here.anyway.here is my update on january and my plan for febuary and the year.

I am so sorry to hear that your husband has to undergo surgery, i hope its nothing serious.

    GREAT loss in January and you are well on your way to a clutter diet so to speak that will help you have more time for you to do things that are working toward your goals. The kids have a new system and a reward for successfully keeping up their room. You have plans for meals. Plans for exercise. You are spot on! What are the rewards you will give yourself when you reach short and long term goals? You are mapping a journey of success and satisfaction!!!!
