Okay I am feeling a little frustrated here. I have been doing both boot camps ( New YOU and SP official boot camp ) plus walking at least 1 hour everyday for the past 4 weeks and I have only lost 3 pounds. I know that I way over eat, but I also over exercise and I am shocked that I have only lost 3 pounds in an entire month.
I will continue to exercise though because it makes me feel good. I know that I am doing right by my body. I know that eventually the weight will come off as long as I keep walking and working out.
