I have completed
of our 50 Pound Challenge Team's February Alternate Challenge. I did 50 minutes of working out split into 24 minutes of power walking & running up some steps at work, 20 minutes of lower body cardio via Weight Watchers dvd and then 6 minutes of jogging in place, butt kicks, leg lifts and then walking in place. I have eaten 2.5 servings of veggies and 1 serving of fruit therefore fulfilling my other fast break goal. I did a lot of talking with God on the way to work and on the way home. I'm finding I like to do this while in traffic. It keeps me more sane and definitely focused!
I am so excited to experience life & all it has to offer me! Now, I need to get some sleep but I just had to share the Spark with my friends!
