I am completely motivated!
Every day, I wake up and the first thing in my head is how I'm going to work towards improving my life -- physically and mentally. Does this mean I always hit EVERY workout, or that I eat the most healthy, clean foods; or even logging in to Sparkpeople everyday? No. Quite often, I will miss a workout, I will succumb to the clarion call of a soda and fries, or completely ignore the computer...
This isn't the end of the world, it's life. I have stuff to do, I get stressed, and quite frankly, I get TIRED! Again, its ok. I will continue, and I will succeed---as long as my successful days don't outnumber my "bad" days.
I guess what I'm trying to say is this:
We all mean well; some of us are amazing, sticking to everything the first time, every time. There's more who have to try again later on, but I think that the majority of people out there are similar to me---we try, we keep working at it, and eventually, we will succeed.
Don't ever give up. Together, we all will succeed!
