I just posted a great breakfast food with a photo on our site.

These are from the Biggest Loser Family Cookbook and about 102 calories per serving (serving = 2 muffins!). Filling, tasty and healthy - check it out!

  They really are! I would definitely suggest some reduced sodium ham and some low fat cheddar as substitutes but realistically it was good as is. The cooking time was a little low but we have a weird stove so I left it as is - you may need to cook it about 5 mins longer if you make these though, just so you know! :)
