I cannot believe the nerve pain I'm having since those 19 hours of work on Friday and Saturday!! That, and not being able to get warm.

I did get a walk in today, and I'll be getting my BLC12 24/7 Gym 100's in before I head to bed....which is where I've spent most of my day trying to get warm.

I finally broke down and took some pain med, and it did help so doing the Monday 100's shouldn't be too difficult.

Goals...they are a changin'!

1.) Make myself eat! After the 28 day Daniel Fast I'm finding it difficult to re-introduce breads (multi-grain), eggs and turkey back into my diet...they are so filling!! I'm going to have to plan 6 small meals a day. I have found that I eat much more slowly than before.

2.) Limit myself to 1C of coffee a day. That's what I did today. I don't want coffee replacing my water as it has in the past.

3.) Lose 5 pounds by February 21st. That is a realistically achievable goal.

4.) Reward myself with a new book for every 5 pounds I lose. I love to read!!

Long term goals:

1.) To lose the rest of this weight before December 21st. Again, another achievable goal.

2.) To maintain a fitness routine daily...join the YMCA. That has to wait till my taxes are done, which is why it's a long-term goal. Plus, it's also a reward to myself.
