Daily Goals:
- Take daily multivitamin, D
Mon. (no) Tues. (yes) Wed. (yes)
- Drink Metamucil before breakfast & dinner daily
Monday (no) Tues. (yes) Wed. (yes)
- Keep within calorie range (with healthy food!) & track nutrition (This is a biggie! I just upped caloric intake!)

- 2 fruits daily (starting small)

Week Goals:
- Week 2 C25K (completed in summer, started over doing 2 x a week instead of 3)
- 280 pushups, 280 situps (for Wintering Challenge)

Fitness Goals:
-Monday 1st: 60 min Drums Alive class/10 min treadmill/30 min free weights - COMPLETE

-Tuesday 2nd: 60 min yoga class/60 min Zumba class - COMPLETE

-Wednesday 3rd: W2D1 C25K (in AM) - 60 min cardio class/10 min treadmill/30 min free weights

-Thursday 4th: 60 min yoga class/60 min Zumba class

-Friday 5th: W2D3 C25k (in AM) ((Skipping D2) - 30 min cardio (treadmill/ellipticle)

-Saturday 6th: 60 min Precision Sculpt class/60 min Zumba

-Sunday 7th: Day of rest!

Will I meet my goals? We shall see!
