Yeah, I know it's a fad diet and those are typically bad, but I'm getting desperate. I've been eating good, working out more and I haven't seen a bit of change so I'm going fad. I've tried the detox diets before but don't have the willpower to eat only raw veggies/fruits. This one is a low carb/ high protien diet that I like a bit more. I can handle eating a salad twice a day if I can put some form of meat on it. I hope it works to at least give me some results and get me out of this mental slump. Hopefully it won't ruin me for grapefruit. LOL. I like the citrus fruit, but 3 times a day may get old.
