I tried to post this last night-2x's!!! Both times the computer ate them. I stepped away from the computer and walked away. Computers are great when they work!
So here are my goals for February:
A) I have signed up for a February Alternate Challenge on the 50 Pound Challenge Team where I am a leader. The challenge is: 1st part of the challenge is centered around EXERCISE! Let's be HEART SMART and get in some good exercise minutes! For this month's challenge, you are asked to do 50 minutes of exercise! It can be cardio, strength or a combination of the two. You can do the exercises all in one sitting or break it up into several session through out the day as long as you get in 50 minutes of exercise!
The 2nd part of the challenge is centered around LOVING YOURSELF! You are required to either 1)post some special way that you loved yourself on that day OR 2) post something positive and "loving" about yourself. For Instance: Day 1: took a relaxing bubble bath Day 2: I am an intelligent woman Day 3: Gave myself a manicure Day 4: I am generous and kind
So this has my exercise goals covered.
B)Spend 20 minutes a day talking with God. I often forget to do this. I am hoping to increase this up to an hour. More baby steps!
C)Eat 3 F/V a day. I want to eventually build up to more but I think this is a good starting point. When I've mastered getting this in, I will shoot for 5.
D)Recreate my resume.
E)Save $3 a day for each of my 3 Fast Break goals met (A-fitness, B-motivational and C-nutritional)
Another thing I want to do that is a continued goal is blogging daily & supporting my Spark family in whatever way I can. Both of these are very important to me.
