    Sometimes the scale doesn't reflect all of the things we have done or learned in a week regarding our journey to being healthy. Even though it didn't move, look at all the things you did do and know that they were worth it in the long run.

    Hang in there and be consistent and persistent and you will make it one day at a time!

    Stay strong!! Stay truthful and accountable. You'll do this. One day at a time. Don't ever give up and be sure to pat yourself on the back when you have a successful day. Focus on the positives; they will reinforce your commitment and make it less difficult. emoticon

    It's not easy to be honest in front of a camera, and I admire you for putting yourself out there, but even though you are frustrated you can look forward now and not back.

    This day will soon pass, and tomorrow will be a brand new beginning, so set small goals that you can make, go toward your destination and let nothing detour you along the journey!

    Good for you. Setting a small goal and achieving it, is a big accomplishment. Mine has been 10,000 steps a day. Move more than I sit and move while I sit. (haha, I am sitting now - I need to move.
    I read somewhere, if you are eating really healthy foods, you start to feel healthy, and then you don't feel the need to eat more. I have always had a weight issue - I too have gone in the wrong direction....
    Make your goals small but progressive. You will do fine!!!
