new weight lifting routine

So I decided rather than do a total body weight lifting routine three times a week I would rather focus on doing one group a day. I think it will be easier to stay focused during the workout knowing that today is just upper body, tomorrow is abs, next day lower, then repeat. I love weight lifting and want to start seeing more definition in my arms and abs for sure! Legs are going great with all the walking, running, squats and lunges I already do! Now I'm going to search for moves for all the groups so I can change up my routine.
