Welcome to the worst month of the year!
Ok, maybe this is just me. I hate Feb. I'm not a fan of winter. I know this is the shortest month of the year, but it just always seems to drag on :(
Enough of that complaining now.
Have been walking and running on my treadmill each day! yippie :) I'm 4 pounds under my goal weight. I'm almost afraid I'm going to keep losing weight because I'm really starting to train now for my "run" later this year. I'm pushing myself to get into shape now for a 10k.
I'm going to run with a couple of my friends, and I just can't let them or me down. So not going to worry about the pounds, and just going to work on getting my muscles and endurance built up so I don't die out there...lol When registering for the run they asked if I wanted to finish in under and hour, etc. All I kept thinking was "I want to survive this, who cares how long it takes" lol
Back to the training!
