Completed Day 1 of C25K

I pushed myself, but it was not a pleasant sight. My boys were laughing in the background as I stopped the treadmill exactly at 20 minutes gasping for air and water to drink. Not to worry, I will see if there is any improvement on tomorrow.

    Congratulations on getting started on C25K...It's a wonderful program! Don't forget to take a rest day (from running...you can do other cardio) in between run days and don't be afraid to slow your pace a little bit if you need to. Good luck on your journey!
