Completed the boot camp challenge! There is something to be said about consistency. First, I would like to thank my spark fitness buddy, Lori an amazing
inspiration. We checked in with other throughout the month and I certainly didn't want to tell her I didn't get my workout done. No way! This effort frequently found me at the gym at midnight. I met a few other midnight work out folks, also nurses getting off work at 11:30pm, looking for balance and spread the spark while there.
I did lose 3 lbs and 3 inches, I am happy about that! I knew my clothes were fitting better and I knew the flab had decreased significantly. Not a six pack, not flat - but there is definitely some definition in the abdominal area. I haven't seen this in a number of years, my oldest is 30 years young. I am thrilled!
Goals for February, consistently track food, get 8 hours of sleep and continue the workouts consistently.
