This is the room where "it" gets DONE. This is my workout room. The video speaks for itself. One thing.. I was very hesitant to add the HUGE mirror since that's one reason I detest going to the gym... but I decided to get it not for vanity's sake but for the reason most gym's have them - to check technique... it's been a blessing while learning kettlebells, yoga and hula hooping.. so much fun. Enjoy!
I made my plan for February today. I am sooooo excited I met January's weight loss goal and will not let the momentum I've gained stop... My goal for February is to lose 10 pounds.. TEN POUNDS!!.. I've posted it everywhere... with posters.. and post its.. I am FOCUSED on my goal and have a plan... Here's my plan:
DRINK DRINK DRINK until I can't drink anymore... I know this important.. nuf said!
Continue the 100 pushup challenge 3 times a week
Log my food EV-ER-REE day... every day.. no exceptions. This keeps me honest.
Continue the pantry challenge as long as it doesn't interfere with my goal... once it starts slowing down my progress or I'm eating too many starchy, processed foods cuz that's all that's left in the cupboard - I'll quit. Until then.. I'm having fun!
Do my kettlebell workouts at least three times a week... attend a kettlebell workshop offered in my area in February... work on my technique... and work in at least one TABATA workout a week.
Train on the ellipitcal three times a week with at least one of these workouts being HIIT
Train for strength at least three times a week using the TRX and bodyweight exercises
Do Yoga at least one time a week and continue to work on technique
Show up... check in to my spark teams a couple of times a week and look for opportunities to take my eyes off center (me) and encourage someone, celebrate with someone, be inspired by someone and just "be there" for my spark friends.
Welp, that's it. BRING ON FEBRUARY!! I am focused. I am committed. I am ready. I am warrior ready. I am DONE.
