    Thank you so much BEFITBESEXY,
I will tell myself I am worth it everyday, heck every hour if I have to. I am determined to lose 10-15 lbs a month for 2010.
I will succeed. Its like everyday a battle. For so long I've been just free to eat what I want damaging my body. Now its over for good. I've had all the things not healthy for me long enough.

  Keep it up! Yes, keeping to a weight loss plan is hard. Its never easy, but just remember you can do this! Never give up even when you feel like you have failed. This is something I tell myself everyday, because for me it is an everyday battle and an everyday challenge! When you need motivation just say this to yourself!

"I can do this! I'm worth it! I'm the healthy and fit person I want to be. Today I'm going to act like that person, and do what that person would do! I'm always going to believe in myself! When I feel that I've let myself down, I won't let it bring me down; I know that a new day comes every 24 hours. So, I won't give up and I won't give in. I will reach my goals! I can do it by putting my heart into it, everyday!"
