What's for dinner, stir fry?

Just hubby and I talking about what for dinner. I made brown rice (150 cal. per cup), California veggies (25 cals per cup) 1 chicken breast cut in half and then cut again into strips ( about 316 calories for the whole breast , so for two people 158 / person) lrg onions ( about 57 cal.) we used some teriyaki ginger sauce (60 cals. / 2 table spoons)





mmmmm, it was yoooooommmmeeeeeee

    That looks yummy and it makes me hungry, so might have to have something like this for my dinner tonight.. Wish I had a smell-a-food computer.. LOL..

    You two are too cute! I love that you actually cooked despite having a migraine- when I'm headachey I can just about combine pasta and pesto sauce, not ideal healthy food but so so yummy! Good work on your 16 lbs and your gorgeous-looking dinner- can I move in with you please??- and hope that migraine goes away soon. xx
