Bootcamp Day 28

Whew! I did it!!!! I did the required videos everyday, and even managed to get some exercising, even the days that we did not have to do any. As I have said before, I have not seen a big difference on the scale, but the way my clothes are fitting from before the beginning of the month is proof enough for me that this works! Unfortunately, besides the scale, I did not take any before pictures or get any measurements. I am going to do this again for the next 4 weeks, following the same videos, this time getting a before picture, and measurements.

I even got a chance to go out shopping today, what a frustrating event that was. I am between a medium and large pant size, and ended up getting nothing. The large pants were too baggy and didn't look right, and the medium were just a little too tight. Why is it that everytime I go shopping for clothes, I am in between sizes? Oh well, even more incentive for me to do this again next month. Maybe when I go out next month, I will fit comfortably in the medium pants!

    I like what you all are talking about with the 10 minutes a day working out. I see a personal trainer 2x per week,but between those days, I find it hard to get motivated. But I know I can do 10 minutes. I need to drop 35 pounds to feel better, so I will work on the consistency that Bobbi has had. Way to go, Bobbi!

    emoticon on accomplishing your goal. I too completed the work out. I have actually been workout for 34 days straight. That is my goal to do at least 10 minutes of exercise a day.

    That's one of the things that inspired me from reading the book, how Chris committed to doing 10 minutes exercise a day. When I first heard that when I joined SparkPeople back in 2008, I couldn't quite wrap my brain around that. But after reading his story, I decided to try it. It has been 34 days and yes I feel a difference in my body, also.

    Thanks for the idea to keep going with the bootcamp. However, I think I will redo one of the other bootcamps I did last year. The best to you.

    Way to go, woman, and I love that your shopping frustration is egging you to continue on, not stall in frustration! You must be feeling a positive difference if you feel ready to continue on for another 4 weeks. I hope you feel amazing, and see those lbs start to drop soon. You know your metabolism is shifting into overdrive!
