yay! cheese! hubby was sad today because he wanted some cheese and I said no. :)

We buy tons of frozen fruit and make smoothies for breakfast. Oh, and the chocolate cheerios are amazing! They are 100 calories for 2/3 of a cup - so, 1 cup was 127 calories or something like that. I ate them this morning with half a banana in the bowl. Amazing breakfast.

I also freeze grapes. They are my new favorite snack. I can have 1/2 cup for only 50 calories - they are sweet and crunchy.

glad you are feeling better :) good v-log!

sandwich thins are really good and only 100 cals for the top and bottom piece. they are like super thin hamburger buns.

i heart laughing cow cheese! i put it on my sandwich thins and wheat thins!

40 cals and it has cheese? mmmmmm! i must try them.

i have tried that fruit before. it is very good. i would throw it in with my yogurt and when it was time for lunch it would be thawed out.

breyers free is super yummy ice cream. it's 90 cals per serving and fat free.
