I have been diligent this week tracking and counting my calories and it is already paying off!! I was super excited last night when I weighed myself and was under 147 for the first time in a long time. I can't believe just a few days has made such a difference. It is very encouraging and is pushing me to keep going. I did not input my loss yet because I have decided to only log it once a week which will be wednesdays. So who know by next wednesday it could be even less! 135 hear I come. Woohooo.

    Congrats! I know how that feels the first week was awesome. I also weigh myself everyday but only log it once a week, just to keep myself on track. It may slow a little bit so don't get discouraged because you can obviously be dedicated!!
